I am not an Illinois Theatrical customer, how do I open an account and get a customer number to be able to shop online?
Teachers, schools, performing groups, dance professionals and businesses, please call 1-800-745-3777. We’ll have you shopping in a matter of minutes. Students and parents, please place your orders through your teacher or organization.

I’m a student or parent and would like to order from my teacher, but they don’t have an IT account. How can I purchase your products?
Give us a call at 1-800-745-3777 and let us know with which organization you are affiliated. We’ll give them a call and set up their account. You can then place your order through them, and it will be delivered directly to your organization.

I’ve forgotten my password and/or customer number. What do I do?
Just give us a call at 1-800-745-3777. A Customer Service Rep. will help you.

Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order with Illinois Theatrical. All customers, big and small receive the same high quality customer service and products.

What payment terms are available?
IT accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Purchase Order and C.O.D for online, fax and email orders. We accept these forms of payment as well as checks for orders placed via mail. Certified funds are required on all C.O.D. orders over $500.

How do I place an order using a Purchase Order?
Place your order by either mail, fax or online, and include the P.O. number with your order. Fax (800-677-6027) or mail the purchase order to Illinois Theatrical, P.O. Box 34284, Chicago, IL 60634. Purchase Orders will only be accepted if they contain the signature of an authorized representative. Orders will be filled once we receive a signed P.O.

Does Illinois Theatrical charge sales tax on all orders?
No. Sales tax is only added to orders placed by Illinois customers.

What if my organization is tax exempt? How do we avoid having sales tax added to our order?
If you are an Illinois Theatrical customer that is exempt from paying sales tax, please be sure that we have a copy of your letter from the Department of Revenue with your Tax Exempt Identification Number on file. Please fax a copy to us at 1-800-877-6027 or send via mail to:

Is it safe to use my credit card to order online?
Yes. All payment information entered through the Illinois Theatrical web site is done so through a secure server with SSL encryption.

How do I cancel or change an order placed online?
We make every effort to fill and ship orders as quickly as they are received, therefore notification of changes and cancellations will most likely be received after an order has been shipped. Should you wish to change or cancel an order right after it is placed, please call us at 1-800-745-3777. If you are a student or a parent who wishes to cancel or change an order, please have your teacher contact IT.

What are my shipping costs and options?
Illinois Theatrical offers FREE shipping on all orders of $175 or more to destinations within the continental U.S. For orders totaling less than $175, a $10 shipping and handling fee will be charged. C.O.D. orders do not qualify for free shipping. An additional $19.00 fee will be added to all C.O.D. orders ($10.00 shipping, plus the $9.00 UPS C.O.D. fee). All shipments within the continental U.S. will be shipped via UPS Ground service. Next Day, 2nd Day and Saturday delivery options are available in most areas for an extra charge. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped 2nd Day Air. Actual shipping costs will be added to shipments to all other foreign destinations.

How do I check on the status of an order?
If you should have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us at 1-800-745-3777 (Phone hours: 9:00a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST Monday – Thursday, 9:00a.m. - 4:30p.m.Friday) or email us at esupport@illinoistheatrical.com. 24 hours a day.

How do I exchange or return merchandise?
We make IT. We sell IT. We guarantee IT. If for any reason you are not satisfied with out products, return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Merchandise may not be return after 30 days, however it may be exchanged up to 60 days from the original date of purchase. Exchange fees will apply. Illinois Theatrical will only accept returns and exchanges on merchandise returned WITH A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. To obtain your Return Authorization Number, please contact one of our Customer Service Rep. at (800) 745-3777. Merchandise must be in perfect and unworn condition, and in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted on Dance Paws, Foot Undeez, Foot Thongs, Special Order Merchandise, Clearance or Personalized items or shoes where taps or ribbons have been added.

Exchanges: Please include $1.00 for each item returned, PLUS $10.00 for shipping. Exchanges received without the proper exchange fees will be shipped C.O.D. for an additional $19.00 charge.

What size garments should I order?
Please click here for sizing charts to use as a guideline when ordering. Fitting may not be guaranteed as sizing may vary from one manufacturer to another and each person’s proportions are unique. The girth measurement is the most important in obtaining a proper fit.
